Law Clerk / Summer Intern



Our firm is always seeking part-time and summer interns. Our main office is in Orange County,NY where we focus in estate planning, elder law, and probate matters, serving clients in both NY and NJ.





The ideal candidate must:

• Be proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Have the ability to work under deadlines

• Be organized, detail-oriented and an excellent proofreader.

• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in dealing with colleagues and clients.

• Have a client service mindset and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Witness



Our firm is always seeking local witnesses to serve on a project-to-project basis. This roleincludes serving as a witness to the signing of legal documents for approximately 20 minutes.





The ideal candidate must:

• Be over 18 years old

• Have NO felony record

• Be personable, respectful, and reliable

• Maintain client confidentiality

• Have a mode of transportation

• Willingness to travel up to 20 minutes each way

• Have availability weekdays between 9:30am-4:30pm
